Don't pick me to be your baby daddy for your three year old when I told you I'd just broken up with my girlfriend and didn't want to do anything. Don't fucking use me to make yourself feel good when your having problems with your boyfriend then act all cold on me when things are cool with him again. Don't fucking flirt with me and then hook up with another guy in front of me when you know I've got feelings. Don't get all shitty when you tell me you don't feel the same and then wonder why I start showing interest in other women.

Firstly, people are fucking crazy no exceptions. I've had just as many stupid things happen with women and men.
I think you need to change the type of women you're seeing. You will probably say you're not going for a 'type' of woman, but we all seem to stick to a range of aspects in people, be it good or bad. Think about it carefully. This is something I'm working on at the moment after some crazy run ins...
Sounds like you should also avoid women who are involved. Sure, you're both adults and if she wants to cheat, who are you to judge if you're getting laid? But if she's cheating, she's probably unhappy and you're going to end up dealing with that when she flips out.
Take the moral highground if you're dealing with spiteful women who'll flirt with you, then get on with others. Stoking the crazy by doing the same doesn't help.
Finally, it's impossible to separate sex and emotion (be it friendship or love). Everything ends and it's rarely without drama.
