Last assessment is handed in and the last exam for the semester is done. I now have a date with a shot of whiskey and a cider.

Semester is over, but it's been going great for me. I didn't think it was in me but I've been going on a distinction average this semester. For those not playing the Aussie version of that game, that's and A average. I hope this continues through the final assessments due in a few weeks. Either way, woo, good grades!!
Well I scored myself a secondary temp job helping to set up some store and maybe do a few shifts there when it opens. It'll be good to actually have a slight bit of breathing space in regards to money at the moment. I might actually be able to explore Sydney some and maybe even pick up some comics and stuff. Applied at uni, now all I have to do is await the judgement of the court, so to speak. Might sit the STAT test and see if that gives me an extra boost to my chances of getting in.

I would recommened doing the STAT test.. I did it when I applied as a mature age student for uni in NSW and even if it didn't help (I did get into the course that I wanted) I still got a certificate saying my results which I could have used for further grant/sponsorship applications, or work related stuff.

I have employment again, I now work at EB games.
Went in and spoke to the regional manager today. Chatted to me for a while just to make sure my friend's assessment of me was alright and gave me the go ahead. He seemed pleased enough and quite positive about my possible contribution to the store.

Well, I've moved. Here I am in my new home. Shite load colder then where I come from (which isn't hard).
Work has been sorted out now so that's one less worry and during the week I shall see about going back to University next year. I'll see what's available, what course of action I should take, all that kind of jazz.
