Hey guys! sorry I haven't blogged things have been mental in my neck of the woods lately.
Had a job, lost a job - was fired on the side of the road via mobile phone not 15 mins away from starting my shift.
Still with my boy (Dan) who is a demon in the Crossfit Box and is about 2 tattoo removal sittings away from being in the army. He may sell the much beloved road bike and I may have to move back in with the parentals while he is gone for 6 months.
Oh and I was kicked out of my Gumdo school (the sword thing I do) because males in authority are assholes who do not like women who show even the slightest ounce of free thinking about training and fitness in martial arts. I ran the club for 6 months and was more or less booted because the students respecting me gave me more authority then they had.
on the flip side of the bad shit...
I have been crossfitting close to 3 months now and I've made huge gains in all aspects. I had to gain some weight to put on muscle in all the right places so now I'm starting my shredding phase. I'm rocking the Kettlebells and the body weight, slowly getting up to speed on the barbell stuff.

When my master passed away it was presumed that I would take over as head of the school but I never wanted to and knew that the right person to carry on was the one who really had completely adopted his style and methjods, a woman who later became the very first (and only to my knowledge) non-Japanese to be invited to test for Rodan by His Imperial Majesty. Of course she was accepted and now is Master in her own right. The men who are unable to accept her as master are the poorer for it as she is without question one of the greatest Ai Do practitioners and masters in the world.
