Today Carter and I picked up a new addition to the family a betta fish and we named him...
betta-hoven!!!
Carter was so excited! He wanted to hold the fish and he kept grabbing for the container, he got real upset when I wouldn't let him hold it! Haha
Sooooo tomorrow I get to go out with some of my girlfriends and my man is staying home with Carter! Yay! I'm excited and it will be good for the boys to have some father-son bonding time!
Today was my rest day from working out! I hung out on the couch and gave my muscles a rest, but I'm excited to get back in the gym tomorrow morning!
Off to catch some zzz's

It's good for kids to have animals around. Back when I was in college, I used to raise bettas. I had this big rack in my bedroom. It held 7 aquariums for spawning, rearing, hatching food and 25 quart jars for finishing the males when they got old enough that they had to be separated out.
