it's kinda funny.... I've noticed a lot of comments to guys thanking them for comments and support on sets in MR. I don't however see similar comments to women other than other SGs or hopefuls. Maybe I'm missing something...

Really? I try to say thanks whenever I catch a comment - with the new site it's sometimes a little confusing if people don't use @ replies. It's a no-brainer... courtesy is vital to society, and saying thanks bumps the comment thread, keeping it active!
