I know! After reading the Splendid review a few times, I just had to email the guy. I couldn't help myself. I mean, the guy wrote, "When I'm prompted to explain why this disc holds a special place in my heart, I think about Taylor's musical approach (which I thought was exhausted), the melodies that I can't ignore and the words I can't escape -- and I'm still left with questions. Thank heavens." Wouldn't it be great if everyone would feel and hear and say the same as he?

i feel the same way, but then again i just got done recording and the questions i'm left with are along the line of "WHY THE GODDAMN FUCK DOESN'T MY BURNER WORK?!?" or "am i the only one who thinks i suck?"

I always spend way too much money every time I go to Amoeba. It used to be a Sunday ritual for me, but I've been spending way over my quota the last few months and have had to force myself to hold back.

Regarding the Denali... I hope you can find a way to make it happen without cramping your style. After all what's the point of having a slick ride if you are so strapped paying for it each month that you can't do anything else cool. Like take a vacation or buy something beautiful for your home. It is just a way to get from A to B after all. Perhaps what you really need is a boyfriend with a Denali. You should get your friend to call you any time an eligible looking fella comes in and buys one. Hehe.
