Job surveys for online applications to businesses annoy me at times. I think they usually don't work how they are intended to. They are intended to cull the chaff from the crop of potential hirees through questions that are supposed to determine your nature. The thing is, everyone lies on those to make themselves look the best, because they want the job. I've often found that trying to be honest makes one look less than optimal and there are a lot of variables to questions. I also realize that the employer can't take any applicant at their word.

Just a small annoyance. Nothing more.
