Happy day after Halloween everyone, or the best day to go shopping at Target. Normally, October is my favorite month of the year. However, with all the other things that have been going on in my life, I haven't been able to enjoy the season much.
Yesterday was a pretty good day though. I finally got my braces off (for the second time) after 14 months of being confined to them. I had been trying to practice smiling like "a normal person" for the week leading up to it. I totally forgot what I looked like without them

I am still trying to get a hold of the new lay out...I might have double posted that photo. Too bad for you all
It was also my partner-in-crime's birthday last night. As if I needed any more reason to love Halloween. We went to his favorite spot in Redondo Beach to see a percussion band called Dead Marionette Theater. They put on an awesome show; I also got to see someone drop face first onto the bar floor, which was not part of said awesome show.
