Monday. It's the beginning of the Spring '15 semester at my J.C. I graduated with my A.S. in May '13 but I've finally come to the realization it's not enough. So I'm enrolled in 14 units because I feel like I'm catching up on lost time. I'm not worried about the majority of my classes:

@catdad I took accounting once before but had to drop it. Fast forward a year or two later, I took Food Service Math and Accounting for when I was in Culinary. I am finding I do remember some of it...but I am still fuzzy about it...
