Feeling lucky today as I was in a 3 car crash last night. I was the front car. Traffic had stopped for a car turning right-we drive on the left here. We had been waiting a while as there was a lot of oncoming cars. Eventually the van up ahead turned. The cars in front of me were pulling off and I was about to pull off. Just then I was hit by a car from behind. He'd been hit by another car. Ambulance, fire brigade and the Gardaí arrived after a while and I was taken to hospital to get checked. Home now, okay, just really sore. The cars were towed so I can't check until Monday if it's driveable. Fortunately the recovery place is about 200m from my mechanic.

Oof. I'm sorry to read this. I'm glad you are (mostly) ok and that your mechanic is close. Make sure to monitor your health, because conditions often occur 2-3 days or later after an accident.

Thanks @fredhincanada. The doc warned me I'd be sore.. it's not the first time I've been rear ended unfortunately.
