Oof. I'm sorry to read this.  I'm glad you are (mostly) ok and that your mechanic is close.  Make sure to monitor your health, because conditions often occur 2-3 days or later after an accident.

Thanks @fredhincanada. The doc warned me I'd be sore.. it's not the first time I've been rear ended unfortunately.
