Im just interested to know how you count your calories? do you just read labels?
i think this is the only way i can lose the weight i need to lose but i just think that it would be hard to find out the carlorie value of everything i eat. Any tips?! By the way you already look fantastic!

awe thanks thats so nice of you....i just moved over seas...i lost about 6 kilos before i left and ive put it all back on and more! i used to work out alot back at home, but now that im not a member of a gym i hardly get any exercise...but im going to get back into it! wish you luck with your goal im sure you will get there no problem smile

It might be muscle mass that you are gaining?

The only advice I have for you is eat small and exercise. The same old tried and true method.

bad. couldn't take my road test cause my 5 hour course ticket had expired. now i have to take it tomorrow.
and i have to wait another 3 weeks to take another road test (march 4th)....shitty.
i was really upset and almost about to cry.
