i woke up and was 108 lbs 21% body fat today.....i guess i went down a pound in a day
anyways
i was bad today with my diet
what i ate that was good
cereal with a banana and soy milk- around 300 cals
kinda band
foccacia Panera bread with ...that fake butter aprox- 300 cals
bad- hot choclate -100
chinese food, only about 1/3 of a plate though- aprox 250
so in total as of around 4 pm, i've had about 850 to 900 calss
leaving me a mere 300 for dinner and the rest of the night
i hope i can do it.
i'll eat a salad and something else
or maybe just two small bowls of ceral about 150 cals each
and on top of this
i wont be able to go to the gym today cause it snowed alot and its pretty bad outside.
i did play outside for a while with my boyrfiend and his bro and his cute little dog (pics below)
hopefully i can get my boy to have sex with me after work, so i can get a little bit of exercise lol
the boys made a little tunnel for the puppy
it was really funny watching him run from one end out the other over and over

Im just interested to know how you count your calories? do you just read labels?
i think this is the only way i can lose the weight i need to lose but i just think that it would be hard to find out the carlorie value of everything i eat. Any tips?! By the way you already look fantastic!
