From Marilyn Manson, off the album Holy Wood, the track "Count To Six And Die (The Vacuum Of Infinite Space Encompassing)." It's a great end track to the album. I love it for other reasons... Anyways, see ya. Have a good night/day, wherever you are...

@weedfarmer yeah he IS a super nice and intelligent dude from what I gathered from meeting him too!  I met him after a show at the Aragon Ballroom aka "The Brawlroom" haha, here in Chicago on the Antichrist Superstar tour and Guns, God, Government tour.  He's a well versed individual with a lot of interesting thoughts!  Crazy seems like a bit of an overstatement from your fellow security detail crew but I'm glad you got to see the fun and not so crazy side like I did haha!  I am having an alright weekend man and I hope you are too bro!
silentobjectorx:
@sunshinelove nice!  Yeah, I love this dude's music.  He's got a unique perspective and a truthful one on how things feel emotionally as well as all of his lyrical content making pretty cogent points!  Fantasizing about Marilyn eh??  I can only imagine the hi-jinx you would get up to with Marilyn ;)  Have a great day sweetie <3

Things were bad at the end of last year. Things have only gotten incrementally better since then. Yes, I am in a better place and I am glad about that. However, it still haunts me and recent events make me even more skittish. In the US as a whole really. It feels like we'll never get over the hurdles here that divide. We'll also never...

.. sorry to hear that. I see the things in a more positive light. Maybe the reason for this is that I came from a f**ed up country. When I think about people who survived two world wars and a bad dictatorship in between. The time now is not soo bad. Yet a lot to do.... bought this book - "Factufulness" written by Hans Rossling. Many people told me that it helps a lot to see the world with another eyes......
silentobjectorx:
@zweitesich I'm going to take you up on that suggestion of the book!  Sounds like a good way to see things in a different light.  It can't hurt so why not?  Thanks for the tip and the constant support you show me man.  You're a great friend :)  Hope your weekend was good man!

So to cure that, I have decided today is Marilyn Manson day for me. From the album Mechanical Animals, the track "Fundamentally Loathsome" It's a great track, with a great message about "love." At least love in that format and the pluses and minuses of said love. Anyway, I digress. Enjoy.

So, there was the Deerhunter track that I posted earlier on my birthday. It's a track I have been playing since the album's release in '07. I find it as a "good omen" of sorts because, of course I'm the kind of music weirdo that has superstitions with music involved. Yes that is the actual reason haha. So in the spirit of that, I also...

From the lovely band Deerhunter off their first album Cryptograms, I give you the title track "Cryptograms." It's a great song for me on my birthday because of how I view things and how life is in general. If you know the song or just are now listening to it, maybe you agree with my lyrical assessment. Enjoy. Have a great day :) I have...

@kungfury about to post a "post birthday" track that I usually play like the Deerhunter one I posted.  This one is always the afterglow of how it usually feels for me on my birthday.  But it by no means is a statement on my current feelings and those are good as of right now.  Thanks man! Check out the tracks if you want!
kungfury:
Yeah I usually see your post and like it when I’m on mate. You got good taste. A lot of it is my favourite stuff! 😊👍🏻

From the monumental album Oracular Spectacular from '07 by MGMT, the fantastic track "Electric Feel" Such a totally bad ass track with a killer groove and just overall awesomeness sonically. Enjoy this then there will be a remix so scroll down for that one from another banging duo ;)

Now, from '08, the single for "Electric Feel" by MGMT but this 'o8 single is a...

So yeah, Sonic Youth. They've been around forever and they were always awesome but, they never saw commercial success until 1988's album Daydream Nation due to its "New Wave" designation that sparked an entire genre (mostly on their own). So from that album, the monumentally popular and awesome first track "Teen Age Riot" Please enjoy and have a good day. I'll be happy if someone...

It's a great little story reminding us all about what we are and what spring represents. Some people tend to forget so here is a reminder. I'm not religious at all but, happy Easter to those of you that celebrate the version of it we have in the modern age.

From the newest album Metronomy Forever! I give you the track "Insecurity" and it's one of the best tracks on the album! The synth lines from the old Roland D-50 digital synthesizer is so on point and sounds amazing! So enjoy and have a good weekend <3

From the French metal outfit Gojira, off their '07 album The Way Of All Flesh, the hit track "The Art Of Dying" with it's disgustingly awesome 45/4 time signature intro. I fucking love this song and album. Gojira has always rocked. New album this year sometime! Check it out! See ya!

From the killer second album Nights Out, the track "Heartbreaker." I hope you enjoy it if you've never heard it! Metronomy rocks! #MetronomyForever Have a great day everyone. See ya <3

I love Metronomy, it became one of my favorite bands
silentobjectorx:
@svetlanna yeah those are all great tracks!  You should check out "Insecurity" off the newest album Metronomy Forever and "Night Owl" and "Hang Me Out To Dry" off Summer '08 too! @cassino agreed!  I absolutely love this band!  All of their albums are top notch and I simply love Joe Mount.  He's a beast. They all are beasts in their own rights though!  Hope you are both having a fantastic weekend <3
