I almost always awake at 3am. If I'm lucky I can get back to sleep between 5-7am. It's a weird thing.

I think I'm starting to show my age! My back has been hurting for the last few hours and I cannot think what I've done to cause it to hurt, so my only conclusion is that I'm starting to show my years.
