Yes, it's an oven roasted chicken! Baked potato with cream cheese and a side of spicy apple slaw. The chicken was roasted in a marinade of dill, rosemary, and sage, along with tomatoes, lemon juice, and bay leaves.

I've more or less decided to try myself on Masterchef next year (2018). To prepare myself, I'll be cooking up a special recipe every week. This week, I opted for fish n chips after Gary Mehigan's recipe. It was phenomenal. The sauce, which I prepared with parsley from my own garden, was the absolute star of the show.

So I went to the first ever Amsterdam comic con on Saturday, and I was amazed by how small it was. The biggest venue of the Netherlands sadly only rented out a single hall for the event. It was still very awesome, in spite of Sean Astin taking an extra hour after his break for a business call... I have so much to complain about...

Thanks @pandapops for the idea to make a curry! This here is a mango curry with sweet potato, carrot, parsnip, and more roots. Some yoghurt and cilantro is added, along with some mango chutney (couldn't be bothered to homemake one this time) and fresh naans.
