II finally did it. Yesterday, after months of self doubt, I sent an application letter to one of the best restaurants in Rotterdam, FG food labs, as a dish washer. I hope to at least get a talk with the manager and explain my passion for the industry and hope to get enrolled there for at least weekend and night work, and eventually work my way up to maybe cut some vegetables. So there it is... now we wait.

@deadguitarist unfortunately not, but any time i get to spend at home cooking is another experience that may contribute to my future in gastronomy, so I'm not complaining.
