The first time I saw this dish, I fell in love with it. It's completely something else and I immediately knew I had to make my own version. Depicted below, egg and soldiers with salt and sugar, completely blew my mind in its simplicity.
The egg shell is filled with mango puree and vanilla ice cream. The soldiers are cookies sprinkled with vanilla sugar. The pepper and salt? It's a chocolate powder mixture and caster sugar, respectively.
10/10 would make again, and thanks to not reading the instructions properly I have enough to see me through the week xD
