Firstly, I would like to thank whoever put my fish 'n chips on the front page! It's given me a boost of confidence and I may yet start an actual food blog... so here's what I made yesterday! This tart has a crispy bacon and leek filling along with lots of eggy goodness. There's a melted butter and caramel sauce on top which would have been better incorporated into the batter had I not thought of it until later... It's verily irresistible!
