Don't bother, my ingredients are 99% store bought! I wish I could grow my own stuff but most of it was eaten by two very, very bad rabbits. They have been disciplined and continued misconduct will see them star in one of these pictures :P
My first attempt at baking (brownies, spongecake with fruit, layered cake with marzipan, and tiramisu cupcakes) went pretty OK!

Yes, it's an oven roasted chicken! Baked potato with cream cheese and a side of spicy apple slaw. The chicken was roasted in a marinade of dill, rosemary, and sage, along with tomatoes, lemon juice, and bay leaves.

Yesterday, I made a green apple salad to go along with it. :)
I've more or less decided to try myself on Masterchef next year (2018). To prepare myself, I'll be cooking up a special recipe every week. This week, I opted for fish n chips after Gary Mehigan's recipe. It was phenomenal. The sauce, which I prepared with parsley from my own garden, was the absolute star of the show.
