i am perfectly thrilled to have discovered this today at whole food market..
low in sugar, high in fiber, dairy free for those who are lactose intolerant or vegan
tasty as all hell....
and a wonderful summertime treat, containing no fat and actually fairly low in carbs.

Oh go rent "Dont Move"!!!!!!! It stars Penelope Cruz and I believe Alfred Molina. He plays a doctor who abuses Penelopes character which is a prostitute then they begin a love affair of sorts. She wears these horrible prosthetic teeth and looks real bad. It is a Spainish movie, made in Spain and only sub titles are offered on the American distributed DVD. I cant wait to watch it tonight. Go see it!

Sounds like a movie to check out. I watched a good bit of the 30 Days marathon on FX yesterday. First time i've watched it before. I'm going to go rent Super-Size Me when I get a chance. The one episode of 30 Days was extra special to watch cause they came to Columbus to see if they could live off of minimum wage.

He's doing ok. Thanks for asking. He as having some bad diarrhea for a couple of days from the herbs but now he's back to normal and he actually lost some weight which he needed. I think his system needed to be cleansed. He has tested positive for Cushings also. I talk to the doctor tomorrow hopefully to find out what to do now about that. I did have to buy a diaper for him because he's still drinking and peeing a lot and springs leaks all of a sudden. It's going to be funny to see his reaction to wearing it. If you put a sweater on him he refuses to move at all.

it was pretty good thankyou. very hot though! we were visiting my wifes Grandmother so we were obliged to spend meal times with her. this meant a lot of to-ing and fro-ing on the metro which was like an oven at times, so was a wee bit tiring. We did manage to cool off in the airconditioned art-galleries and shops though! Call me strange if you like, but i do like holidaying in busy dirty noisy cities, i guess i just like seeing stuff going on. it is great to just sit at at cafe and have a drink while life goes on around you.
its nice to go away and its nice to come back.

Yeah I have pretty much been on the road for the last three months with a few nights home here and there.

Tonight, very soon I suspect, I will be reacquainting myself with my bed, oh bliss. I have a few little trips planed in August but I will not be away to the extent that I have been.
