Home again, home again jiggity jig.

I am surprisingly functional for 3 hours of sleep on the plane. Got back. Slept two hours. Got up. Went to Halcyon. Said HAY to my peeples. Had two mimosas and then went grocery shopping. Laden with groceroir, I stumble a mile home and now I am here with food, but without the energy to prepare anything. This is what the baby carrots and wasabi peas are for. Hopefully I will have the energy to open the plastic bags so I can get to em. Ugh.

I am still thinking about a lie I recently told someone over lunch. It keeps rolling around in my head and sticking like a reel in a slot machine that only comes up a spade. Not that it was a malicious lie, it was just a white lie to obfuscate how I felt about something (protecting yourself again, Seth?). I wonder if they know the truth. Im generally as transparent as freshly Windexed glass so I don't know why I bother.
