Well Hello SG Land~
My car is out getting new shoes with the last of my grocery money but hell what do you do, right? It'll all work out. Anyways I don't have much to say today I'm bored and I feel like I'm going to , but that is about it. Hope everyone out there is doing "Great"!!!
Well i had a pretty decent weekend... It started with a nice morning at the Farmer's Market yesterday and then an afternoon of Bingo, where I din't do so well, but it's cool. Then today I had Breakfast out with my parents and then we headed out to my Husband's grandparents house, ilove it there, it's so nice... Read More
You know when you wake up witha feeling so you act on it or confirm it? Well me and the hubby have plans to go to Las Vegas for Halloween, well we have plans to go to a wedding in Vegas on Halloween to be exact, and I decided to call and confirm our reservations because I'm... Read More
YAY!! I'm gonna meet Scully! You let me know if you're up for lunch or something so I don't mess up your plans. I missed Twinace when he was here and I'll be damned if I'll miss it again.
Doesn't Quinne have the most amazing green eyes? Wowie!
Hmmm, I"ll speak to the HS reunion thing. I went to my tenth and it was all about impressing people with bullshit accomplishments. It was like fucking prom night all over again. The cheerleaders showed up waaaaay overdressed and everybody stuck to their same old cliques. BORING! I did the whole cocktail party on Friday night, the formal dinner on Saturday night, and the family picnic on Sunday afternoon. I'm glad I went, but I chose not to go to my twentieth because, at the time, I just didn't feel like subjecting myself to the bullshit vibe again. BUT! Believe it or not, my 25th reunion (yes, you heard me right), my TWENTY FUCKING FIFTH reunion is in 2008 and I think I'll probably go. Hopefully, we've all grown up a little since the ten year fiasco. SO! That being said, I would probably suggest that you go, but go with reasonable expectations. Nuff said. (sorry for the rant!)
Good for you for being excited for a birthday. I tend to be pretty ambivalent about them so it's nice to see someone who really likes birthdays and looks forward to them!
Oh honey, 10 years? My 15th was this summer. I didn't go. Why? Because at my 10th I realized that everyone was still living like they were in high school. Same clique's, same "popular people", same BS just older and well, coming from them SAD. I was pregnant with my son and my husband had never been to Iowa before and he made all those idiots think HE was the one that went to school with them. They all seemed to remember having him in biology. They were vapid morons then and they still were 10 years later. Go and see just how much you can mess with them because you'll realize how much better off you are than so many.
ps, yay for being happy about birthdays. I myself couldn't care less anymore lol.
xo
I would eat every one of those tomatoes and not feel bad about not sharing! Yummm. I'm not a fan of anything pumpkin except candles so you can have your tea cake!
xoxo
Ok in a brief update, last night was not all the fun it sounded like....
I was watching my friends showering together cause they puked everywhere, and then almost flooded my bathroom... It sucked cleaning it all up when i was as drunk as I was...
I'm bored with everything...
I think I'm gonna take a break, not like it matters...........
ah yes, taking care of others because they are incapable is such a burden. which is why i no longer do it. if my friends are too incompitant to be responsible for themselves, they are no longer invited over. nor will i take care of them outside of my home. otherwise they will never learn.
Well damn, I thought it sounded like a lot of fun. However, I too have had the "fun" of being the drunken caretaker of a bunch of drunks and you're right, it DOES suck!
Hope all is better for you. enjoy your break
