Statistics Problem.

If we have a % = 98, how do we get (%)2 = 9,604?

There are only 4 categories and one of them does not have a frequency.

Thanks
E.

it was actually

3(10,000-9606) =1182
------------------
10,000 (2) =20,000

=.06 x 100 = 6 %
zerodiva:
ummmm...if you say so!

Statistics Homework.

It is difficult, not fun, and not near the ocean. Before you decide to engage in postgraduate studies ask yourself do you really have the motivation. I am done in Dec!!!

Does anyone actually understand and enjoy stats?

Can either of you explain how to get the fY when trying to find the Mean in a Frequency Distribution?

sbl:
Nevermind,

Basically i take the (fY) = add them up then % (fY =total) % N = the mean
