this is mama's baby:



halfling was adopted by me when a friend had this cat that started coming around their house. she had kittens, 4 of them, 2 died from deformaties, 1 was fine, no problems, and then this little grey fuzzball born with half a tail and no back right foot. that became halfling.

all my babies i either get at shelters or from people who cannot keep them for whatever reason. he has turned out to be a gentle, sweet loving cat, and i swear, the FASTEST damn furball i've ever seen. that fourth foot just slows them down!!

luckily, he doesn't have the catass problems my big boy does. the kitty in my last journal, sam, is my largest at 17 pounds. halfie is a healthy 13, and panda, who is staying with friends right now, was 11 at his checkup.
