kid screaming, i'm hungry....

normal day in paradise.

i showed up at work, and i had been locked out of the system. my supervisor unlocked it, but told me to go see the "big" boss at 8am. i had no idea what it was about. so i worked nervously until then, and went to go see the boss. he was in the office with one of our very best people, larry. when larry came out, i asked him what happened. he got fired. for running out of points(we're on a pt. system), and because they were slating him to be moved to another campaign, and that one doesn't tolerate no points, he was let go instead of kept. i couldn't believe it. i told him goodbye, and then stunned, went to the bosses office. i thought i was in trouble for sure now, since car troubles and being sick has taken 3/4 of my points. he asked me to sit down, and then.....

he gave me a coffee cup for doing a good job. i was the only person last week that did a 100% job on some report they print up.

well, it IS a nice coffee cup.
