Sooooo.....

I was awake and up early this morning...not sure why, but I woke with a start and was wide awake so I didn't try to turn over and go back to sleep.

I made coffee and sat out on the porch in my barefeet, T-shirt and sweats....watching the sun come up, the birds waking up and listening to the sounds the world makes at the start of the day. It was pretty cool out there and my barefeet on the cold cememt finally drove me back inside. Next time I'll wear my moccasins.

More coffee and caught the world news on the early morning TV. I really hate those network morning shows. I just want to hear what's going on in the world and not be subjected to all their chit chat stuff between them.

I'm working on a few projects today. Playing a little catch up on a few things that need to be done before tomorrow.

I need to grocery shop sometime today....the cupboard and fridge are getting bare!

Luckily, the great, unseasonal weather is continuing here and I'm going to try to do somethings outside and take full advantage of this great August day.

What are your plans for today.....and did you get them all done!
