It looks like a book for back pain, but in reality it's a book on the Alexander technique, and one that my friend Jon recommends. Jon himself has been practicing the technique for at least a year and preaches it's gospel with conviction. I have ordered it and have just begun delving into it myself.
You can read a little here to get a little background. Although it doesn't seem to have anything to do with magic, mental control and all that, in fact it does. Just not the way you'd expect.
I don't know...it's really up to you.

my boyfriend is bi-polar. ive learned alot about his illness. i love him more than anyone in the world and when hes going through things, its hard for me- i try to be strong. sometimes he hurts me emotionally, i know he dosent mean to do some of the things he does, or says. i just have to wait and be cool while he goes through his down cycle. i was warned that my life would be hard. i didnt care, i just want to help him. since im the closest to him, i become the enemy.
