Party at my house!! Well not exactly. Dan and Aimey are coming up from Philly and some girl i dont know is coming from Boston and we're chillin in the village and then we're gonna have a sleep over bash at mi casa. I think i'm gonna try to get Aimey to stick Dan's hand in warm water while hes sleeping
and HOPEFULLY they wont take their shower together at my house
like they did when i stayed at their place.

Hey gorgeous. I've been doing some thinking about mental techniques and stuff.
I think I'd like to steer you away from that - pursue it on your own if you wish - but I feel I have something much better for you to consider.
Look for this book: 'Towards Perfect Posture' by Brian Door.
It looks like a book for back pain, but in reality it's a book on the Alexander technique, and one that my friend Jon recommends. Jon himself has been practicing the technique for at least a year and preaches it's gospel with conviction. I have ordered it and have just begun delving into it myself.
You can read a little here to get a little background. Although it doesn't seem to have anything to do with magic, mental control and all that, in fact it does. Just not the way you'd expect.
I don't know...it's really up to you.
