kickin' some mega-booty on the weightloss & strengthening. i'm whipping out the modified pushups "like it ain't no thang" -whereas when i started i had a hard time doing a few. i can do a good number of regulars now, too, so this makes me happy. i used to max the male standard while in the army & could do more than 150 in one go if not doing it to time, so this is a real thrill of progress for me. i'm so glad to be doing better on pushups. being unable was one of the things that REALLY was making me feel like a wimp, so building it back up is great.
body is re-shaping & weight is coming off. i'm so glad it's the weekend though. except for a woodland walk w/friends saturday morning, there is no exercise planned. just stick to my healthy diet. a bit of a break, yeah! i've been surprised at how much of a result i've gotten so far in so little time. nothing huge-huge, but a definite betterment. my collarbones are getting darn pretty slowly. i think when they get properly defined how i like, i'll go get my madison piercing done... and then i may celebrate each part of my body that gets to where i want it by getting that part pierced.
you see, i have this body work w/piercings and maybe tattoos (very simple & small blackwork between the protruding ends of the surface bars. just enough to emphasize the piercing... but i'm not sure yet) that i've been wanting for a while & it's one of the motivations for losing weight. so instead of waiting until it's ALL off and getting the piercings started, maybe i'll reward myself bit by bit as it goes.
my 2 aerobics classes are done for the day. i like m,w,f because i get everything done that i have to early & have the rest of the day pretty chill.
