My poor boy is sick at home today. This probably isn't a big deal for most of you slackers who take time off work because you have a headache or your throat feeling itchy...but Dave NEVER EVER stays home from work. So, it's pretty bad. He's been sleeping most of the day. I have been playing nurse all day but it's not bad at all..I have been so bored lately that having someone to talk to even someone as comatose as Dave is good enough for me.

So as a good wifey should, I'm playing nurse and making dinner at the moment. Sick boy = comfort food aka Red beans and rice and cajun chicken. Sooooo goood! biggrin

I hope he feels better soon! I can relate: I got a wretched cold on the plane home that laid me out hard when I got home. I went to bed yesterday around 5 PM and could only get up and move around a little while ago - about 20 hours later. And my head feels like it's wrapped in cotton and my eyes are about to pop out of my skull from sinus pressure but I think I'm gonna live.

I wonder if something's going around? All I know is I felt fine when I got on the plane and like death warmed over when I got off. It's scary how fast some things can hit you.

Hey, I've been working a lot and helping my roomate film a short horror movie. Starting this coming week I am going to be acting in another friend's comedy short. I'm sure we can work something out quite soon. one of my problems is that i get stuck in the daily grind and put off doing anything out of the ordinary. I think I need to break that. My trip to Costa Rica in July will help that, then its Ireland around Aug. or Sept. I sound like some jet setter, but these are the only times I will have ever really traveled in my life.

So, tell me, how are you feeling lately? are you nervous about being a mommy? dreading the big day? thinking of having more kids right away? Also, how have you been spending your time?
