Save it to your computer - your desktop is fine - then you know where it is to delete it. Then switch it out for the one you have in now. Oh, to save to computer, right click and hit save. It will give you options as to where. I'm assuming you don't use a mac cuz I don't know shit about them so if you are, disregard everything I just said.

I have been eating nothing but soluble fiber for 48 or so hours (& cursing the blandness of it the whole time ha ha) & drinking lots of water & drinking peppermint tea (which has some sort of properties that calm tummies). I am feeling much better & will add some lowfat stuff tomorrow (I still will lay completely off the insoluble fiber for the rest of the week, which can irritate guts). If all goes according to my little plan, I will be eating anything I want by the Sunday or so.
