Ironically, no, almost the opposite -- after only talking online for short of a year and then me eventually, flatly turning down the prospect of anything more, .. he's quite infuriated and lashing out over the fact that he isn't and WON'T be "one of the people I choose to surround myself with," etc. Although, yes, he did have somewhat of a role for a while, so you could go that route -- and then in that sense, -- .. well. Just, yeah. But, relationship, no. Which is funny, because he's acting like we're getting a damned divorce.
AND -- about the whole -- it's good when they fly off the handle this way, because you get that glimpse? Yes, exactly. Man, what a relief. I mean, he did it a few times prior, and I took big, huge, whopping steps back anyway. But this just seals the deal. Before, he just showed me he was looney toons. But this time, I can see he's also as much of a Grade A asshole as he can be .. with what little intellect he's got.

Not for the government. At all. BUT, everyone over the age of 50 seems -convinced- that every fingerprint censor is networked to the FBI / CIA / every three letter agency, and will put up an EPIC battle against registering with us, screaming of conspiracies, Big Brother, this, that & the other.
It's amazing, really. I kind of .. love to watch them flip out. We have notes under the names of the most paranoid clients, to remind each of us not to even slip & ask for their fingerprints [it's habit] .. lest we get reamed.
Um. Really, though? Tanning salon = probably not high up on the government affiliation ladder.
