You little lady are the avatar of a belief I've held my whole life, we are not defined by what we have endured in life, we are defined by what we have made of those events. You have decided (through much pain and grief as I've seen in your posts/blogs) to rise above what/where/when/how you found yourself. And I salute the woman you have become, and are still becoming. If anyone should ever give you cause to doubt yourself, all you need do is look back over all of this again, and realize that someone who would be likely to do so, could never have endured what you have. Besides, your friends here would likely turn them into paste, I know I would.
