Pork schnitzel, spaetzel & kraut salad from Künstler brewery. Others are from El Remedio food truck. Octopus cocktail, michiceviche, ceviche tostadas & birria tacos. Tacos are in corn and cheese shell.

Been a minute since I posted. We got Pesto shrimp pasta, soba noodles w/fresh veg and salmon, Greek salad w/Greek seasoned pork loin.

Decided to make a dish that my mom use to make for lent. Capirotada (Mexican bread pudding). Came out pretty well.

Corned beef and cabbage w/potatoes & carrots, Irish soda bread (1st time making) and Irish coffee for dessert.

Tried my hand at some new recipes. Soft pretzels & crab vakes with soft boiled eggs and hollandaise sauce.

Madeleines!! 2nd batch I add some limoncello for a different flavor profile. 😋😋😋

Peanut butter cookies and Turkish wraps filled w/beef, spinach & feta.

Creamy tomato soup, homemade croutons & grilled cheese sammies!!!

Pasta Carbonara w/mushrooms!!!
