i know just what you mean, its kinda hard always being a happy go lucky person, it doesnt give us much of a chance to vent and breakdown. SG is my lil place to get away. I havent been very active but i did join the ex-wives club, and it has helped to read what others have gone thru.

It's weird to think of how long he was in my life and how quickly I've adapted to him not being here. He was also the only one I've raised from being a kitten. The others were all adults when they showed up or were adopted. I did adopt a couple of kittens in 1993, but they were born with feline leukemia and only lived about 15 months.
Long, sad weekend. I'm doing everything on autopilot - but at least I'm doing stuff. Just can't get my " mojo " back..............

Something that works for me is to watch a love story that breaks my heart to pieces. It allows me to cry even more when I'm depressed. Gets that shit out!!! Movies like, Immortal Beloved, Love Actually, Sense and Sensibility, and my all time favorite that tears me up is The English Patient.
It's no fun losing something so precious, so loving, so memorable...... like love.
