I personally don't care for AC much at all. Most people keep it way too high and that isn't healthy.
Portland has been getting blasted by the heat this Summer. My part of the state is supposed to get this hot, and, of course, I love it. We're supposed to hit 100 Saturday. Yay!

It just rained here!! What a surprise. Temp just dropped into mid 80's. I guess it's ok for one day - I have a sunburn on the backs of my legs..............

I'm loving it I've been walking and running at 7:00 am for miles..............Then into airconditioning for a nice double short nonfat latte. Yummmm......... Yesterday, I had a foot renewal treatment complete with nail polish. Today we are going to Suttle Lake for a day of swimming and kayaking, etc...etc.....
