In life, you must focus on the things you want. Do not give the negative any time or any piece of your mind. Make yourself a board and on that board write down everything you are grateful for. Should you have a partner in mind, write down in detail what they are like. Remember do not leave out anything. Give it all serious thought. For example, my partner will have physical features of someone from this site and will have the qualities I need for my life.
Be sure to even put down your life goals. What you want and how you will be living. When you are done put it up somewhere and look it over.
When you wake up and before you go to bed. Say out loud how grateful you are for everything on that board. Say it as you already have it. Believe you already have it.
