I absolutely agree with everyone's Valerian comments as well! I have used it for years to help me sleep! If you take an average tea bag, open it up and fill it with about a teaspoon's worth of valerian and then make a cup of tea with it, you will be amazed at how much more relaxed you feel. I don;t add milk to mine but I do add some sugar. Unfortunately Valerian smells of FEET! LOL! You get over it quick though!

About 2 years ago we seperated......Her family was VERY rich and my family....well, not so rich. I did grow up in Framingham! LOL! And as in your situation, it was an amicable seperation. Several months later, I moved up here to Derry, NH and she decided to start dating her familie's rich next door neighbor's son. They are now married. Talk about a "Take a look at your life" scenario! It hurt for a little while and I was bitter about it off and on.......but time heals. I too hit the vino!! It HELPS!!! But I wouldn't take it too hard.
