Sunday nights are the worst night for me sleep wise. I have insomnia to begin with, but staying out late Saturday and sleeping in on Sunday makes it that much worse when I try to go to bed at a decent hour on Sunday night. Last week I slept for 90 minutes before my Monday morning alarm went off.
