I stepped on the scale today and it said something I haven't seen in a while 297.
Who says stress is good for nothing. I stepped on the scale for the first time since December and went from where the scale won't read (above 340) and today it was at 301. good but i need the stress level to drop a whole lot more.
life is getting back to normal so of course I've been up to no good. If you are out at a camp fire don't throw a coleman propane cylinder on the fire to end the night. that was fun but my ears are still ringing.
