This is the silver lining to my car getting wrecked, I had been really stiff in my upper back shoulders and neck the shock from the impact seems to have popped everything back into place. I'm actually feeling better after a wreck than before, go figure.

I saw the insurance adjuster on Saturday and this always makes me nervous, the guy kept having to go back an look at my car which was killing me all I could think of was that they where going to total my car but how the guy hit me bent some things that usually don't get bent. It looks like it will take about a week to fix it.
