Fun day, the warehouse across the street from my office had a five alarm fire in it overnight and the building is ready to collapse, because of this the office is closed. I get an unexpected day off. There was a office wide email sent out this morning saying that the office was closed until further notice and later I got a couple of emails from people that had made it into the office, morons. We keep having weekly safety meetings preaching dont put yourself into positions where you can get trapped or hurt.

I have been watching the news all morning waiting to see when its safe to go to my office.

A bit of irony we have been pounded by snowstorms for the past month and I have not missed a day, today I miss work due to a fire, funny.
