Its amazing how some people can never accept blame for there actions after talking to my friend Sean today he is trying to blame me for him leaving his family and going out and doing coke and drinking all night and then in the morning wreaking her car and getting a dui if I was feeling 100% I would have put him through a wall
I know I should hate the disease not the man but this shit is killing me its been too long
I have been friends with this prick for 13 years and now it seems that all he wants to do is get high and ignore his family I dont want to cut him loose but he is starting to effect my life and I just cant have that anymore

Speaking from my own personal experience with people I knew and family that did and dealt with hard shit like that, I find that it is best to not involve yourself in their life. Because once people are hardcore addicts, it seems like they are not there anymore. So in a way, your friend is not who you used to know. He is all about himself and his habit. He could care less about you or anyone else. I don't think you should waste your time. I know how hard it is to just give up on people sometimes, but sometimes it's just the best thing to do. My sister has pretty much been on coke and others for a long time, and I just recently cut her loose, and let her live her life how she wants to live it, without it making things hard on me and my kids. Damn. I'm rambling. Sorry about that. To end things, a true friend would be willing to change for the better, and seek help. Well, I hope things go well for you.
