my friend marty did me a huge favor last nite he hung his heavy bag back up. he did this because he has seen how frustrated i have been over the past weeks so i got to vent on something ment for it. i beat the shit out of it on and off for an hour my arms are soo dead now but i do feel a lot better and the bag has a huge dent in the one side


tonights halloween party is going to be interesting martys girlfriend is 7 months pregnant and she is coming as a nun and he is dressing up as a preacher i think that they are going to rot in hell for this one
