I went to the doctor today for the last checkup on my hand everything is healing fine I have some hand exercises to do to make sure I don't loose too much dexterity in my hand. You should eat more vegetables its better for you. I never got food poisoning from a steak just from a salad

I have two more days till I am done with my antibiotics then I get to go to the doctor on Friday to get my stitches out. One of the things I have had to do is keep bending my finger to keep it flexible which is quite difficult with a stitch right in the middle of the knuckle.
