Speaking from my own personal experience with people I knew and family that did and dealt with hard shit like that, I find that it is best to not involve yourself in their life. Because once people are hardcore addicts, it seems like they are not there anymore. So in a way, your friend is not who you used to know. He is all about himself and his habit. He could care less about you or anyone else. I don't think you should waste your time. I know how hard it is to just give up on people sometimes, but sometimes it's just the best thing to do. My sister has pretty much been on coke and others for a long time, and I just recently cut her loose, and let her live her life how she wants to live it, without it making things hard on me and my kids. Damn. I'm rambling. Sorry about that. To end things, a true friend would be willing to change for the better, and seek help. Well, I hope things go well for you.

Its the most wonderful time of the year. My sister is on a cookie baking bender she dropped of enough cookies to hold me through till the 4th of July seriously I think I have 3 pounds of oatmeal cookies which isnt a bad thing but damn my friends are going to get plates of these things weather the want them or not.
