THe worst part of watching your friends getting engaged is having to say goodbye to them! Many of my friends are engaged/married/bearing children, it's fun to go out with them, but it'd be more fun to get drunk and have a real conversation, none of this "i bought new furniture it looks great with my new carpets" rhetoric
