Cheap place to stay: The Flying Pig youth hostel near Vondelpark. Cheap beer at the punk squat bar Vrankrijk. (80 eurocents last time I checked.)
Cheap flight: check online and book as soon as possible, don't be picky about airlines, and fly on a Saturday (usually less expensive).
Selling your body won't be much of a problem near Central Station.
