Drama seems to be rampant everywhere I am. Misunderstandings and flaring tempers seem to be abound. Is it like this everywhere? Maybe it's the time of year.

I know that I've been in a bitch of a mood and quite adversarial. blackeyed skull blush ARRR!!! EL SUICIDO LOCO

"Archimedes promised to move the Earth if they would give him a point of support. That was not badly said. However, if they offered him the needed point of support, it would have turned out that he had neither the lever nor the power to bring it into action. The victorious revolution gave us a new point of support, but in order to move the...

Kierkegaard took his leap of faith.

My own personal sickness unto death.

Can I take my step into becoming my belief?

It's scary when your analytical mind can't let go.

Buddha did it. Sartre maybe couldn't.

But do I have the resolve?

No, you are right there WAS a guy called Francis Bacon in Elizabeth I's court, however the Francis Bacon I'm talking about is a famous Irish 20th Century artist. You should check out his paintings, they're amazing.

If you have a timed take home exam, you take it home and work on it for however long you've been alloted. If it's untimed, you take it home and work on it for as long as you need. Cheating is frowned upon HARD and will get you kicked out of school, no questions asked.

ch...ch...changes...

so, here I am at another crossroads of my life. I'm off for Portland, Oregon at the end of the month or earlier depending on the weather.

How many places have I lived in my near 30 years of life? Oklahoma, Florida, South Carolina, Kentucky, Texas, California...probably a couple more I can't remember.

Let's see, what the f**k am I gonna do? It's going...

I dunno, I think I'd like to go through school again, I'd have to know what I know now though. Going through school as a dumbass again doesn't seem appealing at all..haha..I hated school but it wasn't so bad compared to having to keep a job...of course I skipped half my classes in school...ah

Ah yes, another smoke. There's something profound about using the burning butt of a cigarette to light the next one. Yeah. That last swill of Steel Reserve. Another puff of magic into my lungs. Obscure enlightenment with a furrowed brow. And the inhale. A connection with Native tobacco ritual. And I'm here with it. Another non-biodegradable piece of waste snuffed out on the wet asphalt....

22 days and then I move...if the weather isn't bad...goodbye California...goodbye...forever...I shall not miss thee
kennyg:
Sounds like California sucked for you. That's a shame. But yay Portland!

Best wishes in your move!
prnkstrss:
yep...too expensive, and I'm not a native so I have no interest in staying...granted I'm living in the best part of California...but it's not worth it.

I like Oregon, it reminds me of where I grew up. I hope to make it home.
